Founded and led by Juda Glick, Lion Developers is the product of over 15 years spent at every level of the construction and development process, starting with hands-on handyman work, moving into full home renovations, then ground-up homes, and eventually managing large-scale multi-family developments <$20 million. That progression was earned one project at a time, not inherited. This progression was rebuilt more than once across shifting markets and hard years, building a rare, ground-level understanding of how a project actually comes together, from the first potential land purchase to the swing of a hammer to the final closing of a sale.
